and I grew up in the Metro Atlanta area where the new home market has been a large part of our economy and has offered many business opportunities. I have been working on and around new homes since the mid 1980’s. I tell you this so you will know that, with years of hands on experience, I am not just a builder directing subs and relying on them to do it right.
